Pasta & Gelato
Taught by a passionate friendly chef, together we will make Fettucine in tomato based sauce (with a twist), inspired by Dolce & Gabbana, as well as homemade gelato.
Class includes delicious appetizers, paired with excellent wine or artisan beer, water and soft drinks. And of course you will eat everything you prepare!
The lesson is for all ages and anyone from beginner to seasoned cook. You will take home your new knowledge and impress your guests with pasta and gelato made from scratch!

Roman Pizza & Gelato
Learn the ins and outs of this culinary icon with a master Roman pizza chef. Get the secrets to recreating an authentic Roman pizza and cooking it to perfection in a typical home oven. And for dessert we will also make home meade gelato!
So then, whenever you want to enjoy this Roman delish, you can! Without the expensive plane ticket. Once you know the steps and timing, and of course the ingredients, you will be surprised how easy it is!
