Authentic Italian Recipes
Italian cuisine is world famous for its simplicity, use of fresh and seasonal ingredients, and ease of home cooking. Holy Pizza’s traditional recipes come from generations of perfection. We start with a Tipo 00 (all purpose) flour* to make the ideal dough. You will be guided through making a delicate tomato based sauce (inspired by Dolce & Gabbana), adding just the right amount of seasonings and stirs. Meanwhile, enjoy complimentary appetizers, prepare gelato for dessert, and of course, enjoy your flavors with local wines, artisan beer, or soda. In just two and a half hours you will learn the secrets for authentic Italian pizza or pasta and gelato – made from scratch!
*note: in the class we use a use a mix of soft (all purpose) and hard wheat (semolina). Choose the blending of your liking. More soft wheat will make the dough more malleable and easy to knead, more hard wheat will make your pasta rougher and stronger.
